The average lead time is about 6 weeks, though peak demands and fluctuations may affect this some. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with a targeted ship date. If anything changes, we will keep you informed. When your order is complete and shipped, you will receive another email with a UPS tracking number. Most shipping times are 5-7 days, though this can vary.

Our decorative vent covers are cut from heavy 11-gauge solid steel and powder coated, which is a thick finish that is resistant to chipping and scratching. The attached louvers/dampers in the back are aluminum.

Yes, our decorative vent covers fully replace your current vent unit. On our “Place an Order” page, you have the option to also add the attached damper/adjustable louvers in back. Metal mesh screen is used for extra small and extra large sizes where dampers are not available. Please reference our “Specs & Drawings” page to view full specs on our product.

Because of the large variety of styles and sizes we offer, we do not currently stock vents.

No problem! Please order your vents in white. This will act as a primer and your painter can spray or brush the vents in your wall paint color.

Vent Crafters believes our 11 gauge steel vents to be the strongest on the market, and has never had any reported problems on floor applications. That being said, substantial weight applied to larger sizes could result in damage. Vent Crafters cannot guarantee against or warranty such conditions.

If you are a licensed architect, builder, HVAC contractor, or interior designer, we offer discounted trade pricing. Please fill out our application so that we can set you up with an account to be a trade partner.

Vent Crafters is proud to offer a limited lifetime warranty. We warrant our products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for life. Warranty is valid only to the original owner and proof of purchase is required. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear or damage from mis-use or improper installation. Our products are intended for wall and ceiling HVAC applications. Any other applications will not be covered. Finishes applied after-market are not covered under warranty.

Each one of our vents is custom made to order, therefore returns are not accepted. We recommend carefully reviewing our specs and guides to ensure your product is ordered correctly. We can cancel your order only if we receive the cancellation request prior to commencing fabrication. A refund will then be processed, minus a 10% cancellation fee.
