Vent Crafters accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Quotes given for custom orders are valid for 30 days.

We ship via UPS and will email you a tracking number once the order has shipped. Expedited shipping is available upon customer request and is paid for by the customer. For larger orders, freight may be required. In these cases, we will contact you to organize shipment.

Each vent is custom made per order and goes through a process of laser cutting, powder coating, and assembly before shipping. The average lead time is 6-8 weeks, subject to demand fluctuations. Because of the large variety of styles and sizes we offer, we do not currently stock vents.

You will receive a confirmation email upon order placement. Your order will then take 6-8 weeks to fabricate. When your order is complete and ready to ship, you will receive a second email notification with a UPS tracking number.

Vent Crafters is proud to offer a limited lifetime warranty. We warrant our products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for life. Warranty is valid only to the original owner and proof of purchase is required. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear or damage from mis-use or improper installation. Our products are intended for wall and ceiling HVAC applications. Any other applications will not be covered. Finished applied after-market are not covered under warranty.

Each one of our vents is custom made to order, therefore returns are not accepted. We recommend carefully reviewing our specs and guides to ensure your product is ordered correctly. We can cancel your order only if we receive the cancellation request before your order has been started. A refund will then be processed, minus a 10% cancellation fee.
